CLASSES IN 2012

West Lexham Village Hall, West Lexham on Tuesday mornings at 9.30am to 10.30am

Initially aimed at beginners and improvers, these classes will start with learning the sun salutes and as students are ready the first part of the standing sequence.  We will work as a group for the first few weeks but after that students will be working individually to develop their own practice.

Established primary series practitioners are welcome (please note I only teach the primary series, if you are close to completing primary I can recommend good second series teachers to refer you on to).  Beginners are welcome to join the course at any time.

Following practice, we will move into relaxation and then work to develop a meditation practice, by learning how to sit (supported if needed) and techniques to quiet and still the mind.

Start date: 21 February. Six week course until half term £51.00 for course.

NEW CLASS Green Parrot Health Store and Therapy Centre, Swaffham on Friday mornings 10.00am to 11.00am

This will be a great opportunity to come along at start ashtanga vinyasa as Spring approaches.

Maximum of 6 students, Mysore Style Class
